People seem to think because I'm behind the counter, they can yell, talk hateful or bully me. I've had managers giggle after I stood up to some jerk who thought they could pressure me into giving them what they want.

We are in business to make money. We are not a bank, their mommie or a dumping ground. Companies set rules. I have to follow them.

Had one yesterday. Called the manager on duty. He refused, but then gave in. He only gave in so he could get them on camera for the video. Was about coupons. Now we can refuse that person cause we have proof they return stuff after using coupons.
