There was little doubt who I would chose. I've met several actors, but James has really impressed me over the years. He is very talented, but still is very kind with his fans.

Yep - the first time I met him it was the same - that smile and that personal focus ... I commented on his concert and rather than just "thanks" like so many do, it was a personal reply ... yes, I may just be a fan, as well!
It's amazing how he will focus on you that few moments.
He signed one of my friend's photos with "NICE". She was very upset with it. She didn't understand that it was from Torchwood. I said something the next day to him and he was concerned. I explained it to her later and she felt dumb because she forgot that quote. Then it made sense to her.
