It sounds like BC has the same reputation as California ;-)

Sorry your Rx price went up! It's cheaper than it would be in US though, trust me! Plus, your only on the one med, so be thankful for that :-) My current lineup would put me at about $3,500 a month... I'm screwed if I don't have health insurance, which insurance companies can deny me under federal law. Yay America -_-

Well at least your president is bringing in that healthcare thing? It's pretty scary that they can deny you insurance. So happy for BC Pharmacare! You have to fill out the forms when you're 18 but, I've never heard anybody being denied.

3 500$?? How many are you on? I currently have two different asthma inhalers, and some tabs for a lung infection. The joy.... In total this month, I think it was 150$? I can't imagine 3 500$.

Couple days ago I went to a different pharmacy (it's closer to my house then the last one) and they said the expensive drugs only cost 89.51$ a pop. That's a bit better then 108!

According to my Mum I should keep the receipts and they can be written off on my taxes. Hooray!

And on a side note. Apparently 46% of the pot in the US is from BC. We are the Pot powerhouse! :P

I am on an unfortunately long list of med :-/ Between asthma, lupus, spondilitis, hypothyroidism, allergies, depression and anxiety, I'm on 10 daily meds, and 6 "as needed" (like my rescue inhaler.) A few of them aren't on generic, so the drug company gets to charge whatever they want for it ( ... )
