A lot of changes going on

Hi there

Radio silence for quite a while, but lots is going on. I went down to DC for meetings, and then to Maryland to help my parents pack up their beautiful house on the Eastern Shore.

Have you considered packing a few extras in with evil exes stuff? Opened tins of fish flavoured cat food might be quite appropriate, with some comment on how you didn't need these cans, as they were old cat's favourite flavour, or they were the ones you'd left for him to feed the cats. His stuff would stink by the time he opened it if the weather's hot.

(Though actually, while listing off such acts of retribution can be great fun amongst good friends, carrying them out is generally undignified).

The movers came and took his stuff away this morning. That's enough retribution!

Reclaiming my space and making it a fab bachelorette pad is a fine revenge I feel ;-D

Anyway, what a beautiful photo... and what an amazing place this must be! It looks so peaceful... even dreamy!! :)
I understand what you say about moving... our best friend's mum also had to sell their house and they moved to another place... it was for her, as for you, a very emotional day... and she was a bit sad :( But like we've told her, the memories of what they lived there will never be taken away from them... and the same happens for you and your family!
A new stage begins, and will certainly be filled with much happiness because you truly deserve all the best!!!
Bit sad to hear about your cat... poor thing :( :( Hoping the others will be ok...
