So his grandparents are letting him move into the attic? That's very fairytale. I bet he sets up mad scientisty things, with things that boil all the time over bunson burners, and foul-smelling blue liquids from unidentifiable sources, and a white rat named Thomas who doesn't really accept experiments but it just there for the whole ambiance, and strange things floating in jars…
