Gang, it's either fangirl eep-ing or mountains of flailing angst and possibly tears. So. Fangirlery.

First off: I certify that this post by lizbee should be Quoted For Truth in its entirety, like a lot. Possibly in conjunction with my new crack theory that Donna is Compassion.

Oh, YAY! I love this theory. (A subplot in my Martha/Fitz, Eight/Donna, Ten/Anji perma-WIP is that Donna is Compassion's backup plan, a version of her backstory that will continue to make sense after the EDA War has been retconned away. The real reason she and the TARDIS are "magnetic" is way deeper than huon particles. But this is mainly 'cos I can't write Donna or Compassion, so I thought I could cope by smooshing them together. But I can't make the Anji bits work now.)

It is one of those fics where I have lots of little snippets of it but can't make the connective tissue work. But in the bits I've got Fitz is creeping Donna out because he's figured out she's Compassion but Donna herself is unaware of it. (This is when he isn't keeping Martha awake by having not-as-crafty-as-he-thinks wanks in the bed they have to share by plot contrivance.)

Donna is Compassion. Most beautifully crack'd theory I've read this week. Find myself tempted to make incredibly juvenile remarks regarding "bigger in the inside" and certain anatomical features which, if they were any larger on the outside, would make the act of standing upright a challenge. But I'm resisting, darn it.

Also, combine your 1 and 3 with my icon. Trufax, baby.

Yes, yes yes, these are all dying to be fics. That I would love to read. I JUST finished the EDAs last week or so and since then I have been absolutely, utterly desperate for more Fitz!! Hence my recent obsession with reading/writing stories with Eight and Fitz. Fitz's just the best ever. I am absolutely in love with that guy, seriously...
