Never be afraid to ask me questions~~~ I'm happy to help. ^.^ Let's see... well, I use Adobe Photoshop CS. 1) Make a new layer and make sure it's at the very top of all your other layers. 2) Choose the 'Rectangular Marquee Tool' in the Tools Box. 3) Select the entire canvas. 4) Right-click. Go to 'Stroke'. You can then choose how thick or thin you want to make your border/frame. You can also choose color, etc. For 'Location', I always use 'Inside' when making borders. 5) Click 'Okay', then you're done!
Somehow... I feel like this might be very confusing. >.>;; I could make a small tutorial (with pictures!), but that might take awhile...

I wasn't sure if Tacchan was actually wearing the butterfly for Jin, but I did see that theory floating around when Going! came out. However, now? I totally believe it. B/c for Going!, Tacchan could have easily worn the butterfly just to be kinda cutesy, etc since Going! had a very white, bright and fresh feeling~~~ However, the butterfly seems a little out of place in N.M.P., lol. I do love how they styled the butterfly to match the style of the song though, hahaha.
Anyways... yeah. Now I totally believe the butterfly is for Jin~~ ♥
Ah, really? I think the Going! PV is a lot of fun, lots of dancing, etc. 8D (And I love it when KT dances.) I made a huge picspam for it earlier, if you're interested. It's here. I don't know if you saw that already... but it's very image heavy.
