Nothing sets the tone for your day so much as waking up in the dark, freezing cold outside to schlep to a job you really don't expect to enjoy. Well productive day was not for me, hell didn't even make it out of my pj's. I know I am moping, this numbing disgusted feeling sitting within me. Maybe tomorrow I will find something worth getting out of bed for, I give up for today.

what is wrong with me? I have now spoken to a family twice, they seem very nice normal, down to earth people, with one child, don't expect me to do 12 hour days or housework, don't live far away, and yet I am less than enthused about the idea of working a half day Monday (like a test drive) or working with them . Not too sure how the first few days of the year bode for the rest of the year. Spent them with people I love, got to go dancing and see people I seldom see. But the job search goes on. Another year were few people seem to be in the spirit of the holiday. Maybe next year, when is it in my house, and I decorate, have people to dinner, can be with all the people important to me, not just a few.
