what is wrong with me? I have now spoken to a family twice, they seem very nice normal, down to earth people, with one child, don't expect me to do 12 hour days or housework, don't live far away, and yet I am less than enthused about the idea of working a half day Monday (like a test drive) or working with them . I mean seem to want me, and we have the same view of the job, they didnt flinch when I told them how much. And still...just nada as far as interest. Am I just tired of this dance, trying to convince people that I should raise their children but I don't do windows, I am not a gourmet chef, no I won't do your family laundry or the food shopping for them. My job is a child care professional, not chef or housekeeper..or anything else.
