Pressure, Pushing Down On Me

Neil Gaiman is not only writing a Batman comic, he's writing a Batman comic that deals with Joe Chill and Selena Kyle.  I think I just drooled all over myself.  And Grant Morrison is also writing the current  Batman series.  What an amazing time for Batman comics.  I should check some of the Morrison stuff out ( Read more... )

Good luck! And do get to see Dark Knight. I'm thinking it's going to knock you into next week.

"I'm thinking it's going to knock you into next week."

Hrm. Maybe I should wait 'til next week, then? Or the week after? When the polish is pretty much done.

Your post reminded me of the good old days back at HBR where we had a contest to see who could kill the most flies. There was also a brief bee contest, but being on the farmlands the flies were more plentiful.

And you haven't seen Dark Knight yet. Don't make me come all the way out there to drag you to the theater. It is that good, I would do that.

Yeah, I remember those flies. Ridiculous how many there were in the summer. I blame the cow patty proximity of Hammerstink. But dude, flies don't sting, and I don't remember any bee swatting contest.

Come on out here again. I double dare you. (And I'll get back to you tonight or tomorrow.)

Good luck again with FH, and also with the wasps! I'd go crazy with that one... I've always had a big aversion to wasps, which is strange because as a child I was never harmed by any wasps, but I was stung by a bee and never had any problem with them.

There's something about wasps. They seem crueler somehow. At least bees make honey. (And nobody ever talks about the birds and the wasps. Well, nobody I know. Or at least I don't think anyone I know does...)
