Just as a neutral observation, you post about the past way more than anyone else on my friendslist. Also, it's amazing to me that your memories are so strong that they can produce physical reactions in the absence of any triggering factor aside from the date. That really sucks. But we're halfway through now!

It's insane right? But it's only this year! I didn't go through this stuff last year! Or the year before! I mean, I briefly remembered what happened but I didn't have physical, violent reactions. Ridiculous. And I dunno, I like reflecting on the past. It makes me realize how far I've come. =)
