my dishwasher is leaking. i found out when i slipped on the puddle and banged my knee all to hell. why does this apartment want me dead?

Oh definitely. I called the office first thing this morning and nobody came and did anything. My garbage disposal isn't working either (it's probably all connected), so my apartment has that....trash smell. Bleh.
