Christina Aguilera was amazing! Her voice .. it gave me goosebumps. It was such, such, such a good show! Lots of set and costume changes. The Pussycat Dolls opened for her and we caught a few of their songs. We showed up late on purpose. I had no interest in the first band and only a mild interest in seeing the Dolls. I got to hear "Don't Cha"

I am so very proud of you! I appreciate the vegan start. There are some great vegan cookbooks that i used to use - used to borrow them from the library. And it seems like it would be hard to find frozen food (I love frozen food) but that really isn't hard either. Have you tried the new Silk Soy Milk with added yummies? It is the newest upgrade out there and tastes super yummy - especially on Grape Nuts or Cheerios. Your inspiration has inspired me to jump back on the bandwagon. Love you and miss you!
