Oh, yeah. That is weird. Maybe the designer of the shirt thinks it's less offensive if it's not capitalized. Like, he's not really taking the Lord's name in vain because it's lowercased. Or he's an idiot. OR they need an editor. Maybe I should point out the mistake...
