I think it was pointed towards you at some point... once towards me too, but I don't think I said much!
Odeon prices ... yep, not nice! Oh well, it's not like I go to the cinema in London every day. :-D And it was enjoyable enough, although you're quite right - not really comparable to the book in any way. I think I should re-read the book at some point soon.
Well... the majority of time it was pointed at Camillo's chest, so I think you got off lightly. ;-)
I can well believe that. £12.50 for a ticket... that's twice what it's in the evenings here, and I never go in the evening here if I can possibly avoid it.
Hmm... did you say anything for blackmail purposes... I guess I'll have to go over the videos with a fine toothed comb just incase I missed something ;p
Cinema prices everywhere are a bit steep over here! It sucks!

It was! I've a nasty feeling that I didn't quite manage to escape the blackmail camcorder.
Cinema prices in London are not nice at any time, particularly not at an Odeon. Hope you enjoyed the film, even if it doesn't do the book justice.

I don't think I ever went to an Odeon when I was living in London. Prices to make a student run away fast!

I share your opinion of the Golden Compass. Not the best film ever.
Enjoy your stay!

Cinema prices are bad enough here, but the £12.50 at the Odeon was twice as much as the evening showings at our main cinema. Which kind of sucks, yes!
