Am home. Am totally ded. Enjoyed the trip very much. Paris is lovely.

I have a feeling I won't be able to catch up with my f-list completely, so if there's anything I really should know / something important I've missed since Sunday, let me know. I'll try to read back, but it seems things have been busy!

Shall now have to get something to eat.

It was very delightful (if exhausting). I will have to think about what to say in detail, but I'm not really sure I'll get my thoughts/feelings coherent enough for a post any time soon.

Yes, absolutely! If you want to actually go anywhere (other than the Louvre), I wouldn't suggest August though... the queues were massive everywhere, so I mostly just saw everything from the outside.
