T minus two days

It is now two days into my vacation. Yesterday we went to Total Wine and spent almost $100 (which is very, very easy to do in Total Wine if you like booze/beer), and ran into Ken's friend Scott which was too funny because Ken had been trying to call him at work and didn't know that he had the day off too. I know how you feel about not being in the Christmas mood. I've been shopping with my dad for three days in a row for Christmas presents, and it makes me a little crabby. I'd trade all my presents for a nice family trip somewhere. We went to Canada one year for Christmas, and it was great. My dad offered to skip Christmas and go to Hawaii this year, but my sister turned it down.

I'm afraid to bake too, because I have a cold now and I don't want to spread it.
