Hmm, swollen feet can indicate a problem with cardiovascular or renal systems (possibly hepatic)-- I'd say get yourself checked soon.

Last year when I went to TN to visit family my feet swelled a ton for a couple days. It hasn't happened since. Hopefully it is an isolated thing for you, too.
