Work continues apace

Had my second meeting with my advisor yesterday. She raked me over the coals on one topic (in the good way; it'll be in better shape going forward, plus it's shaping up to be rather SF-heavy, so yay!) and announced that the second one would get me a job. Yay! (It's the one on rewriting in the English Renaissance. It'll be a diss chapter, too. Also
