Its been a hellish weekend. My Grandma died on Friday afternoon. I was named after her and I used to spend alot of time with her. She called me her "kooklitsa" which means 'little doll'. She taught me so many things and as a child I loved just being with her

I so sorry to hear that. I know it's not nearly the same thing, but my family cat died this weekend too.
There's nothing wrong with feeling cold and distant. Everyone deals with grief in their own way. Just make sure to remember that when you feel up to recieving hugs or other support, it's ok to ask for it.
