Well, Rhakar is the King. Arlen's his head advisor. They've been the closest of friends for years now. But then, with a little prompting from an enemy kingdom, Arlen poisoned Rhakar and shipped him off to said enemy kingdom. Why? Because he the 'I wanna be King, dagnabit!' sort. XD

So is he evil or not? I guess that's really up to the individual to decide. X3 Heehee. Rhakar sure doesn't like him much right now though. o_o Arlen's gonna be in deep poodoo when Rhakar makes it back to the Courts. XD

Maybe asking if he's evil was a bad way to put it. I guess I meant is he more a Brutus or a Cassius, but it seems, from what you said, he's the latter. :-P
