The CS correlate does require a bit of math. It requires you to take Discrete Math as a prerequisite for either Algorithmics or Language Theory. However: As of next semester, the department is introducing CMPU-295, which will satisfy that prerequisite as a CS-specific course. I don't know how much that will soften the blow of having to do the math (I hated having to take Discrete, and I'm not doing well in Language Theory now), but it's something to think about--I imagine it'd be a lot less painful than having to take a class that feels like nothing but intuition puzzles ( ... )
