Wow.. it has been ages since we last heard anything from you XD and it's good to hear that you are doing so well and enjoying yourself at the same time :) Chicago + hospital sent me into instant E.R fangirl alert mode XD which is a show I haven't watched in ages o_O I should start watching it again. Waldenbooks! Haha.. that's where I bought my first manga (buying it and knowing it was manga, I had bought a couple of Dragon Ball mangas back home before I knew what manga and anime was).. pity it was Sailor Moon XD but oh well.. (I still think it's a nice manga though <,<) mhm.
xxxHolic and Tsubasa are really awesome :D especially if you are a clamp fan :) Which reminds me that I need to gather up some money and buy the new volume soon :P

E.R. -- yeah that is a good show. lately i've been watching crossing jordan, and CSI. those are probably my favourite two. i know so many people who are obsessed with E.R., it's quite the phenomenon.
sailor moon is good. the manga is much better than the anime. and yes, i ADORE clamp. they are goddesses. i have the entire clover series, i've got X/1999 on DVD and am working on the manga, i've seen some of tokyo babylon and chobits, and then i just recently got hooked on xxxHolic, and tsubasa. i wish they weren't so expensive. i mean sure one alone is fine, but to buy the entire series (or whatever is avaliable) can be insane.
death note. you know i haven't read it but i've heard about it, and i acutally bought some fanart at the anime convention i went to back in august. so it's definitely a priority!! i'm so glad that someone else has good praise for it. how many volumes are available so far?

CSI, Lost and Carnivále are my favourite TV shows at the moment (CSI Las Vegas being my fav. CSI one).

I've got 4 volumes of the manga, seen every episode of the anime (except the three final episodes O____o) and I have the movie, but still haven't seen it XD *sigh* X.. I love. And I completely agree.. manga is way too expensive. I have to pay 100 kr for each volume here (that's about $16) *sigh*.

I'm so thrilled for you that you like the nursing stuff so much. Actually, it encourages me too since you're ahead of me in the clinical stuff. In some ways I found it nicer (while I was doing DePaul CNA training) to be so closely connected to the clinical setting, but jumping into it from the academic setting is much more daunting. So I'm glad to hear that it really is fun, because I'm just kinda...scared right now.

which waldenbooks do you work at? do you know if there are any that are hiring in the beach area? i think i really would like to work in a bookstore. seeing as how i love books it should be a natural fit. ^____^

i think borders is hiring (hilltop).. they're owned by the same company. the discount is 33% for you and your immediate family for books & 20% for most other merch. no discount on magazines or gift cards. i dunno if any of the mall stores are hiring. i work at the one at kempsriver crossing.. the only one not in the mall.
