It's snowing. In July.

Apparently, Obon has come early this year since I see people floating paper boats with candles near a stream.

These people thought I was Chinese. How could they possible know about such a festival?

Obon? What's "Obon"? It's supposed to be July 4th soon.

It's a Japanese festival to honor the dead.

And you wouldn't happen to know why it's snowing, would you? I know it gets colder earlier up north but...
