ANYONE GOOD WITH COMPUTERS?

ok i know i said i wouldn't post a thing until after christams, but i am in desperate need of help. i just got my ipod shuffle thing and tried downloading itunes. it took really fast for my slow ass computer, but when i tried opening it, i kept getting this message that said that i didn't have some "win32 application" thing. does anyone know what

What exactly does it say?

it will say something like "such and such file name" is not a valid win32 application.

Did you try and download it again? Maybe it somehow got corrupted when you downloaded it.

your best bet would be to contact apples websites, or even join the ipod community on LJ, the community was by far the fastest and best help i recieved..
in my opinion that is, i would have given you advice but i have no clue what your problem is..hope all goes well!
