I highly recommend reading more of his books. For me, his whole series was all part of a journey of understanding civilization's unsustainability that started with Ishmael. Absolutely each book adds quality things because each one was written in response to questions he got about the previous one. And don't forget Beyond Civilization which may actually be the best of them all.
