I'm very excited :) Right now I am watching:

1. Homeland (will be)
2. Doctor Who
3. Our Girl (BBC series)
4. The Intruders
5. Z-Nation (yeah it's terrible)
6. The Knick

I wanted to like it. I mean it's got Mulan (Ming Na Wen) and another mostly Asian chick in it in supposedly strong roles but the acting is bad, it's full of so many tired cliches ... the square jawed hero comes across as constipated rather than repressed and heroic ... We've been watching Sleepy Hollow. I have to say, I like the actors and I like the characters ... but the plotlines/storylines is sometimes really quite bad. I feel bad that such talented actors have to do what they do. I know this journal has been a mix of dormant, doggy or Pacific Rim-esque for a while now. I'm still reading, just haven't written about the books lately. Will try to do a catch-up post! It stars Karl Urban (whom I like). It looks like it's worth watching - or at least worth trying out for a few episodes.
