I don't see such a thing so in all probably you are part of a 'test bucket'. Clear your yahoo.com cookies (specifically a cookie named 'B') and relogin. Should fix the problem.

It did not happen in the next message I sent. Maybe it pops up once in a while. But the idea of using captcha to verify sending of mails is just too much.

Especially when it is really hard to get it right. A lot of times, I find it hard to decipher these images

Yeah, in the screenshot I put up, I could not find out if the "W" was a caps one or not. I got the captcha again few mails down the lane. It is a usability shame actually.
