That's a lovely colour. (And a gorgeous shawl - well done!)

One project on the needles at a time? I wish. Actually, I've literally had two different projects on the needles at the same time - I ran out of wool on the first one and needed the same size for a new project. I hadn't heard of stitch holders at that point!

Anyway, it's fun for visitors if they end up sitting on three different projects when they come round for coffee. (Though probably not those half-finished socks.)

Thanks :)

Hee, I can just imagine sitting on a WIP sock, DPNs all pokin' out everywhere. :)

Yup - that could be painful in so many ways!

...and non-knitters wonder why on Earth I would need three sets of interchangeables!

To OP...beautiful work! Kujaku is an interesting yarn, but why oh why must there be knots in relatively expensive yarn?? I found three in one skein and was about ready to throw it against the wall.

That clapotis is HUGE!! You could use it as a BLANKET!!

I know! I'm surprised at how big it ended up - I'm not so much into gauge swatching so I just went to town ;)

I travel a fair bit, and I think it'll be useful as a pillow/blanket/shawl in various airports, planes, and other methods of travel ;)

Nice job. I love the colors of that hand dyed yarn. That is going to be beautiful.

Thanks - actually I'm struggling to decide which one to give to my mom - I'm loving them both! :)

That is so pretty, I love how the self-striping is so subtle. ^_^

That second one looks like it's going to be beautiful too, even though the picture doesn't show it, by the yarn alone you can tell how vibrant the teal is.

Thanks! I love the second one already - I had always convinced myself that wool was scratchy and awful, but I can't believe how soft this stuff is.

Thanks :) 8 and a bit - I've got about 2/3 of a skein left, and no idea what to do with it!
