Have never made one of these, so have no advise/tips for you. Would love to make one of these for my great-grandaughter. Would you consider a partnership so we could keep up with progress, encourage, work out problems, etc. with each other?

That could be fun! I'm currently finishing off a jumper for my great-nephew - it's a raglan sleeve, round-neck jumper knitted in the round in one piece (bottom up) - but when that's finished I could be up for that!

Great! Look forward to working with you. Have some things to finish up as well, so we will both be working on our projects for a bit before getting together with this project. Got to figure out how to get messages to you on LJ since this is not the place for our project correspondance.
