I just got news from davelogredux (who works for Congressman Patrick Murphy) that Colby Umbrell, Hopkins '04, died in Iraq. Colby lived down the hall from me freshman year. He played football, was a WaWa (Alpha Delta Phi) brother, and was a sweet moose of a man. He once spilled laundry detergent on my CD binder ( Read more... )

uh... so my mom just called me...
and told me about Colby Umbrell dying b/c he went to my high school...
I knew/know his little sister.
