The bones:
All this started for kaitl, whom I don't even know! Ah, strangers on the Internet, exchanging information. It was based on a discussion over in comments at jisalynn's entry from a few days ago. But this was far too big to post over there, and I also want it publicly archived in my journal. It's highly reminiscent of my "things to take to college" ( Read more... )

Mmm, Vaccaro's.

Also, I think this is a really good list. It covers a lot of very important topics, and I think it's helpful, even if I'm not planning to use it specifically.

Hehe, I'm a CTY vet. When/where'd you go? I read a couple of the LiveJournal communities and ended up doing another advice column about colleges. I'm such a huge nerd... with too much time on my hands in the middle of the night...

Summer 96 - Goucher College, MD - Animal Science
Summer 97- Moravian College, PA - Math
Summer 98 - Moravian College, PA - Psychology
Summer 99 - Moravian College, PA - Computer Science

But I loved almost every second of every session and am still in touch with people I met there.

This post is mad long. And yes, I'm still on this internet thing, but less often than before--I'm swimming two mornings a week and taking weekly swing dance and yoga classes, which means less time relaxing at home, and this is the first time I've read lj in a week, I think. But I haven't disappeared completely!
