I went snowboarding a few weeks back. It was fun, but I don't know if I'll go again this season or ever try to get that good. I am proud that mac and cheese recipe had Tillamook cheese in the picture.

Have you ever tried Alton Brown's macaroni and cheese? If you haven't, do; it is tasty and the stovetop version especially is surprisingly fast.

Lastly, I think Chris would LOVE the bacon explosion. (I remember thinking that after I read about it the first time.) Was it difficult to make? Was it delicious? Did you feel the impending heart attack?

Oh! I forgot to mention my thoughts on the actual Bacon Explosion process. It was pretty easy, but I had a hard time getting a proper square out of the thick sliced bacon I had. YMMV. I also might skip the crispy bacon in the middle, as that just took a bit too long with the equipment I have. It got pretty lost in the awesomeness that was the bulk of the body. I might experiment with other fillings though, like cheese or hot peppers/onions. It did NOT take as long to cook as I thought it would. Remote digital thermometers with alarms FTW ( ... )

The only thing missing from the Bacon Explosion recipe is the addition of one or more sticks of butter, preferably in the center.

According to wikipedia, it's got 5000 calories and 200g of fat (per roll, not per serving (I hope)).
