Recently made recipes:
Ginger and Almond Chocolate Clusters, Trinidadian Chicken Curry, Jamaican jerk pork tenderloin. I'm going to try the clusters again now, minus the ginger, just 'cause. The chicken and pork were pretty good but both needed more spice. Further experimentation may or may not ensue.

I went snowboarding a few weeks back. It was fun, but I don't know if I'll go again this season or ever try to get that good. This has been fun.

What a weekend! I watched a building implode (view on youtube if you don't mind my patented shaky-cam technique or on Flickr if you hate my patented shaky-cam technique), grilled a picnic shoulder into a delicious metric ton of meat, and bought a mini-muffin tin. Also, Vik & I attempted world domination via Trivial Pursuit 90s edition. We failed.

A few weeks back I stumbled upon a phrase that will be the title of my first memoir: Hilarity & Poultry.
