So the job hunt went ok ... so I've applied for a few jobs, some of which completely different to what I'm doing now.  Well, all still a customer related role so I can never escape from them.  Parcel Force being one of them

Paul says nooo don't do it! But he also says that if he calls the call centre and gets you then he doesn't want to hear the silly speeches you have to give on the phone! 3 weekend days in 6 weeks is good ..Paul has to work every saturday! Maybe he should sell his soul to the call centre instead of being in branch!
