We are back from Flipside. Since this was my first Burn event, I really don't have anything to compare it to. What I can say is that it was an incredibly profound event and an awe inspiring experience. My mind was sad for it to end, but my body was glad to be in its own bed after a long hot shower. Glad you had a good time - my first burn, there was no A/C anywhere I felt even vaguely comfortable hanging out, and man did I get surly in the heat. It didn't help that as an introvert I was totally unprepared for the mass of PEOPLE, of whom I knew very, very few. One of these years I will have several cooling solutions ready (mobile and stationary) and actually go back (oh yeah, have to change jobs too before that happens).
