weight loss... fuck it!

i weighed myself at the gym yesterday after working out with jcubmn and brian anderson. i jump on the scale half expecting to see 190-195 after a couple months. figured i haven't changed that much. but lately i've been having people come up to me saying that i look like i have lost weight. i just keep saying, ah no i haven't ( Read more... )

I wish I had that problem. I always get on the scale and set the weight to what I was before. And the thing doesn't move at all. So I have to push that little weight up, up and up some more to find out I'm a few pounds heavier. :o|

trying to lift, but i don't eat very much... i know... booo
maybe tomorrow at lunch you should feed me... LOL JK!

well based on the little bit of body types that I know, You are a mesomorph body type while I'm (and most bears) are more an endomorph. Typically mesomorphs put on lean muscle mass more then bulk up. endomorph tend to bulk up easier.

Knowing this you might want to add some supliments to help you gain muscle mass.

i've done the whey protein, and i've been doing muscle milk for about a good 3 months now.
