weight loss... fuck it!
i weighed myself at the gym yesterday after working out with
jcubmn and brian anderson. i jump on the scale half expecting to see 190-195 after a couple months. figured i haven't changed that much. but lately i've been having people come up to me saying that i look like i have lost weight. i just keep saying, ah no i haven't

Knowing this you might want to add some supliments to help you gain muscle mass.
