 If  I were to undo all the work I put forward in regaining my life, I would only be hurting myself.

 Ever since I got into Buddhism, I've noticed my lows aren't that low. Like, I'm no longer launched into what seems to be never-ending despair over little things. Though I am by far not entirely well, I find myself better. Situations that make me sad, usually do not also make me angry, as they used to.
