The 2008 Holiday Exchange and Rules
It's that time of year again! (Can you believe it?) The sign ups for the 2008 Holiday exchange for kkm_xmas are here! Returning participants and newcomers alike, please review the rules below. The sign up post will be coming shortly!
KKM Holiday Exchange Rules
Each participant is required to submit either a fanfiction or fanart piece, and will receive a return gift according to their request.
The Sign Ups open on September 15 and run until October 1st. All the assignments are then privately sent out to each of the participants over the next few days.
The deadline for this Exchange is the 25th of November. Please try to stick to the deadline, but extensions will be granted if need be. If you pick up a request and find yourself unable to complete it, please inform me as soon as you can so that I can find a replacement.
Anyone who picks up a request and fails to complete it will be banned from the next year's challenge.
All the submitted work must include the following header:

Name of Author/Artist:
Name of Recipient:
Pairings/Characters:
Rating:
Warnings:
Disclaimer:

A/N (if applicable):
The fanfiction submissions must be at least 700 words in length with no maximum (the longer the better). They all must be proofread or betaed. If you wish to include HTML coding in your fic (e.g. italics, bolds etc) please provide the completed codes yourself.
The art works must be submitted with a working link, as well as an email attachment, to avoid hosting problems.
All the works are to be submitted to this email (kkm [dot] xmas [dot] exchange [at] gmail [dot] com). All the submissions will be posted here anonymously starting the beginning of December and will run until December 25th. The Master List of all the authors/artists will be revealed after December 25th.
