The 2008 Sign-up Post
Please read all the info provided below carefully.
Sign-ups are now closed!
If you sign up here you are committing yourself to partake in this exchange. Each participant will be required to submit either a fanfiction or fanart piece, and will receive a return gift according to their request. All the requests will be assigned by the organizers, and will be privately sent out to the email of your choice within five days after the sign up is closed.
The deadline for this Exchange is November 25th, 2008. Please try to stick to the deadline, but extensions will be granted if need be. If you pick up a request and find yourself unable to complete it, please inform us as soon as you can so that we can find a replacement.
All the submitted work must include the following header:
Title:
Name of Author:
Name of Recipient:
Pairings/Characters:
Rating:
Warnings:
Disclaimer:

Summary:
The fanfiction submissions must be at least 700 words in length with no maximum (the longer the better!). They all must be proofread or beta read. If you wish to include HTML coding in your fic (e.g. italics, bolds etc) please provide the completed codes yourself.
The art works must be submitted with a working link, as well as an email attachment, to avoid hosting problems.
All the works are to be submitted to this email (kkm.xmas.exchange@gmail.com). Depending on how many we get the posting will start the first week of December and will run until December 25th.

If there is anything you will absolutely NOT write/draw (such as a particular pairing, rating, genre, kink etc):

If you have some free time and are available to become a replacement writer/artist as well, please let me know, because unexpected things do happen and people can drop out. And if you wish to submit more then one work, I more than encourage you! The more the merrier!
* It is preferable that if you write, draw or request material which is rated R/NC-17 you be at least 18 years of age. However, I shall leave this to your discretion, so if you do create a smutty piece and you are not yet 18, just don't tell me, OK? ;))
