I commented to my mom before the primaries that I'd vote for the person who sent my the fewest fliers.

And Question A has been ridiculous from the get go. "Oh noes! Slots in the mall where my children can play them! I don't want my children where the slots are!" Neither do we, people.

The latest flier had to relegate its hysteria to the fact that the proposed casino would be linked to the mall by a sidewalk. Y'know, the way every other business out in Arundel Mills is. In fact, it's almost as if they're all linked together. Weird.

Then there's the one that claims that if you vote against question A, the casino can be put near the Laurel tracks when really it couldn't be in this county at all without that permit. *eyeroll*

Most I just hate that they're all oversize. At first, Supe was forcing us to straight case them, which made pulling down the mail all but impossible. Now she's finally consented to allowing us to cup that flier which is probably what every other supervisor in the county permitted from the get-go.
