You might consider keeping track of this, like in a journal or something.
Like, on a scale of 1 to 10 how depressed are you today?
Do that for a few months and you might get a more precise notion of what your cycles are.
Which might help to know.
It might also help to have, if you later decided to do things like play with your diet to see if there's any effect.
