Endings
Note to my future self:
Depressive episodes seem to just... end.
One moment I'm in fetal position at the bottom of a lightless oubliette and the next, I feel like taking a shower; in fact, I start to feel like taking care of myself in general.
Time frame seems to be a few weeks, but it's tough to judge because this one went extra dark due to cancer discoveries in friends and family (no one you know and it looks like they're both going to be OK).
