You know David Sedaris is going to be at Porter Square Books tonight at 7, right?
Augusten Burroughs frequently gets compared to Sedaris, but I don't really see it--Burroughs doesn't have the same humor. I Was Told There'd Be Cake by Sloane Crosley is supposed to be good (haven't read it), and Laurie Notaro's books (The Idiot Girls' Action Adventure Club, among others) share a self-deprecating humor but her humor isn't as dry.
