I made Antipasto Sandwiches With Goat Cheese for dinner tonight and it was OK. Suggestions for improvements?

I substituted a 7.5 oz jar of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil for the 12 oz jar of roasted peppers in the recipe ('cos I don't like peppers), which may have made for too much oil.

• Skype (I spent 73 cents in Skype credit for just under 24 minutes, although I had to buy $10 worth as a minimum)
  
• Pamela (the program, version: 4.6.0.59, for recording - I'm using the free trial)
  
• Transcriber (version 1.5.1 for transcribing the interview)

My birthday week didn't really work out to be the pile of joy I'd been hoping for... I switched my days and nights around, sleeping all day Monday and Tuesday, getting up Wednesday to have a lovely lunch with lillibet at Mifune where I discovered that there is such a thing as salmon belly sushi.
