I'm OK, bruise has come up on the top of my foot I'm hobbling a bit, gives me a good reason to listen to a couple of audios.

Oddly my hands are sorer than my ankle

Strangely, one of our Starbucks is actually *inside* a Borders bookshop. Mmmmmm frappachino and books - how close to heaven can you actually get?????

Frappachinos are yummy, can't think of any better words pre-coffee

The bruise is 5 different colours and goes from the back of my foot to near my toes. Wonder what colours it will turn next

Put the trip off for a couple of days. But I am still going to do it.

Frappachino and books, sounds great
