so we got a puppy this weekend, and i thought it was a great idea and he is super cute etc etc and now, after 2 nights with no sleep I am freeking out and I am uber worried that this may have been a huge mistake. I'm so stressed out I'm barely eating, and pepper is stressed and barely eating ( i kid you not) and I am seriously freeking out. What

New pets are hard. I have a tazmanian devil for a kitten. But I love her, so hey... Most rescue groups have a policy that will allow you to return the pet before two weeks, I think. If your rescue group does, it's probably because they understand that sometimes people and pets just don't fit. Don't worry about them hating you. You need to take care of yourself right now. We will still love you if you return the puppy. Cristin may be thinking the same thing...just talk to her about it!

yes free sat. Cristin does not see it as an option, with a little bit of sleep some of the anxiety has gone, but not all of it. Cristin is convinced we can work it out. I haven't talked with my parents yet, mostly because I'm pretty sure that whatever they have to say will just put me back to sobbing on my bedroom floor for no apparent reason.
