Ah, my cat seems to be bored. Does anyone have any manga or anime to recommend? Preferably none of the more popular ones, as we're likely to already own it.

Ah. Kou-san has been keeping me busy lately, and my cat is demanding attention. He's been sulking in a corner for the past hour now.

I did get him a scratching pole, though. He seems to like it, even if he claimed otherwise. At least it's better than having to replace the couch pillows every few days.
