At Wal Mart last week, I bought a 2 quart crockpot for $3. I don't know what I can cook in a 2 quart crockpot, but damnit, I just couldn't resist paying $3 for a crockpot. I need to go googling for small crock pot recipes. I fear that just cutting a big recipe down won't really work. I need to try it out and see. I thought it would be really good for short ribs or chicken pieces.

ETA: It's probably coated in lead paint. Yummy!

That's an insane deal - and 2 quarts really isn't a bad size if you're cooking for 1-2 people. I'll bet you could cut this recipe by 1/3 and it would fit fine. The only PITA would be cutting down the can of soup, and that could have stood extra without ruining the recipe.
