today i wrote 1400+ words and surpassed the 20000 word mark.  granted, some of that is utterly craptastic and will need to be rewritten, but at least it's DOWN ON PAPER instead of careening about in my head, confusing me, and it's LONG ENOUGH.  one thing that happened today - i realized i SUCK at writing action scenes.  well, not the smutty kind of
